Escape - Original

I created this larger scale original over the course of the past year.  My life has had a few twists and turns in terms of my career and geographic location, and somehow creating this piece helped me navigate the challenging growth that I have gone through.  I used an intuitive painting process for this piece that has gone through numerous evolutions.  

If you’ve ever been in a situation that needed to change, I hope that this speaks to you, too.  

Collage, acrylic, oil paint original.  

The canvas itself is 24” x 24” / 60 cm x 60 cm 

Finished inside of the frame, it’s 25 1/2 “ x 25 1/2” and 1.5” deep or 64.3 cm x 64.3 cm and 4 cm deep
